UNI@DMACC In-Person Resources Request Form
As a UNI@DMACC student, you have access to the following in-person resources on DMACC campuses:
- Academic Achievement Center
- Library Materials
- Trail Point Aquatics and Wellness
- Student Events and Involvement
- Career Services
Qualifications
To qualify for these resources, you must:
- Have taken at least 24 DMACC credit hours AND
- Be currently enrolled in a UNI online/hybrid program for the current UNI semester
- Please note that access to the Trail Point Aquatic and Wellness Center requires UNI@DMACC students to be enrolled in at least 6 UNI credit hours.
