UNI@DMACC In-Person Resources Request Form

As a UNI@DMACC student, you have access to the following in-person resources on DMACC campuses:

  • Academic Achievement Center
  • Library Materials
  • Trail Point Aquatics and Wellness
  • Student Events and Involvement
  • Career Services

Qualifications

To qualify for these resources, you must: 

  • Have taken at least 24 DMACC credit hours AND 
  • Be currently enrolled in a UNI online/hybrid program for the current UNI semester
    • Please note that access to the Trail Point Aquatic and Wellness Center requires UNI@DMACC students to be enrolled in at least 6 UNI credit hours.
